It is summer and bing cherries and peaches are in season. Here is a quick and easy recipe to create a light summer dessert. Or use as a topping on vanilla ice cream or pound cake
1/2 pound bing cherries | Halved and pitted |
2 tablespoons | vomFass Maletti Bianco Balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Sugar, plus extra to taste |

Peaches (sliced) |
Directions In a small saucepan, stir together the cherries and balsamic vinegar, and place over a medium heat. Bring to a boil and continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a medium bowl toss the warm cherries and syrup with the sliced peaches, add sugar to taste
