Ingredients:
1 cup whole-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp vomFASS Cucumber Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Pita, cucumbers, and red bell peppers, for serving
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Cucumber Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
Add the finely chopped cucumber, garlic, and fresh dill, and mix to combine.
Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to taste. Stir again until fully incorporated.
Serve with pita, pita chips, fresh cucumber slices, and red bell pepper slices on the side.
