The company does not take responsibility for the delivery of goods once they have been properly shipped; responsibility for proper delivery lies with the carrier.

Alcohol Shipping: We utilize Federal Express for all orders containing alcohol. When we ship alcohol we require a signature of a person 21 or older in order to complete delivery.

There are certain states that Federal Express will not deliver alcohol due to the laws of that state.

We can ship alcohol to the following states: CA, CT, DC, FL, LA, NE, NM, ND, WV, WY.

All items must be unused / unopened, to be eligible for a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the flat rate shipping cost of $20 will be deducted from your total. 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, as well as the next steps. 

Please Note: Products purchased at a vomFASS store are subject to the individual store's refund policies and cannot be returned to our online store. We do not accept any liability from the shipping company for any damages incurred in transit. However, we will exchange or replace damaged products if we feel that the damage warrants an exchange.

Gluten-free - vomFass products designated as gluten free are produced without gluten containing ingredients. In spite of careful control, we cannot guarantee that our products made without gluten-containing ingredients have not come into contact with wheat during the production process.

Kosher - all items designated Kosher are certified for orthodox kosher-compliance. This includes all ingredients in every product—and the process of preparing the product.
