Our bright and balanced extra virgin olive oil is made from organically grown olives in Andalusia, Spain. A carefully selected blend of Arbequina, Picudo, and the rare Pajarera variety, cold-pressed using only mechanical methods, delivers authentic Spanish character in every drop.

The color? A vibrant olive green that reflects its freshness. On the nose, it’s fruity and grassy with subtle cassis notes. On the palate, it offers fresh, grassy flavors with a light bitterness and a lively, peppery finish.
