This whipped Feta dip can be made with Feta or Cottage Cheese — YUM!
Creamy, tangy, and irresistible… the perfect bite for game day spreads, gatherings, or a cozy night in.
INGREDIENTS
1 package of feta / cottage cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon (or more) vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup finely chopped fresh herbs of your choice (we used parsley, but you can omit this step completely and still have a delicious dip!)
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Diced tomatoes,
Diced onions,
diced olives, pit removed
diced cucumbers
& more fresh herbs to top
Directions
In a Blender or Food Processor, add Feta, lemon juice, vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive, herbs and pepper; pulse until well blended and creamy.
Smooth out your cheese mixture in a shallow dish. Top the dip with your diced tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. Sprinkle on more fresh herbs, and a generous drizzle of vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil to finish.
