Pistachio & Olive Oil Cake

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Sift together first four ingredients, set aside. 
  3. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.  
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix to form a batter. 
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake until toothpick is clean when removed.
