Nut and Seed Oil Muffins

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 400F.
  2. In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. 
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, milk, and oil. 
  4. Mix ingredients from both bowls until combined. Do not over mix. 
  5. Fill muffin cups to a dozen ⅔ full.  
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
