Italian Salad

  1. Wash arugula, grapes, and tomatoes. Divide tomatoes into eight pieces, dice mozzarella, and mix everything.
  2. Mix a dressing of Don Carlos Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Aceto Balsamico Maletti,  Aromi per Insalata (or spice mixture), and pour it over the salad. 
  3. Wash anchovy fillets, pat them dry, and dice them. Mix them with a bit of Don Carlos Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add to the salad. 

Tip: Serve with fresh crispy baguettes. Also may garnish with basil leaves & olives.
