Greek Goat Cheese and Olive Salad

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine cucumber, red peppers, red onion, olives and tomatoes. Set aside. 
  2. In another bowl, combine the VOM FASS Agora Extra Virgin Olive Oil, VOM FASS Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil, VOM FASS Mango Balsam, and minced garlic. 
  3. Pour this over the vegetables and toss well. 
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
  5. Arrange the vegetables on a platter and garnish with the basil leaves, goat cheese, and olives.

 

(You can also substitute the traditional feta cheese for goat cheese as pictured here.)
