Directions:
1. Whisk the Fassmix Rhubarb, Calamansi Balsam, Apple Balsamic Star, water and dijon mustard in a bowl until Fassmix, mustard, and salt dissolve.
2. Then beat in the Cru Cravenco Extra Virgin Olive Oil by droplets, whisking constantly.
3. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed.
