½ frozen banana,
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla protein powder *optional
2 Tablespoons vomFASS Wild Blueberry Balsamic Star
¼ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk, we used almond milk, add more or less to adjust the consistency to your liking
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter or peanut butter
TOPPINGS
(you can add what you like, but we love a combo / all of the below ⬇️)
¼ of banana, sliced
¼ cup fresh berries
Tablespoon granola
More almond butter or peanut butter
And a sprinkle of chia seeds
