Made from 100% walnuts. Yes, really. We like it pure and natural. We use a very old mill to produce our nut oils. We press the nuts gently in small batches using old production techniques. We select the nuts ourselves and roast before it is pressed which give it its outrageously great taste and quality.

This top quality gourmet oil is one of our favorites and a fun way to add goodness to sweet and savory dishes! Itl adds a delicious walnut flavor profile. You can try it on roasted veggies, oats, salad dressings, and even drizzle it on ice cream and other desserts.
