Steak Tacos with Lime Mayo

The fajita and taco seasoning blend is one of the best blends I have ever had. I use it with shrimp, chicken, ground beef and now steak!

Ingredients: (serves 4)
• 2 colored peppers cut into strips
• 1 TBLS vomFASS Herb Garlic Cooking Oil
• 1 TBLS vomFASS fajita and taco seasoning
• 1 lb. flank steak, trimmed
• 3 TBLS mayonnaise
• 1 tsp. grated lime rind
• 1 TBLS lime juice
• 1 tsp. minced garlic
• 1 tsp. water
• 8 (6 inch) corn tortillas
• ½ cup salsa
• ½ cup queso fresco, crumbled (Mexican cheese)

Directions
1. Sauté peppers in Herb garlic cooking oil till done.5 to 7 mins
2. Rub the seasoning mix over the flank steak on both sides. Broil each side 4 to 5 mins or until desired doneness .Let steak stand 10 mins. Slice steak thinly.
3. Combine mayonnaise and the next 4 ingredients, stir well
4. Heat tortilla shell 3 minutes per side over med high heat. Divide steak evenly among tortilla shells top each taco with ¼ cup sweet peppers, 1 TBLS. Salsa, 1 TBLS cheese and 1 ½ tsp mayonnaise mixture.
