Turkey Breast with Braised Endive in VOM FASS Coffee Oil

Directions:

 

  1. Marinate the turkey breasts in Coffee Oil and Salt and Pepper.
  2. Cut the Endive lengthwise into halves and fry them to golden brown. Proportion about 3 endive halves per person.
  3. Roast the turkey breasts for about 90 minutes at 350 degrees until juices run clear and serves the turkey breasts in the endive.
