Rosemary & Thyme Salmon Fillet

  1. Preheat oven to 400 ° F.
  2. Place each salmon fillet on a separate square of aluminum foil on top of fresh thyme and rosemary. 
  3. Place 2 bay leaves on top of each fillet and pour Calamansi Balsam. 
  4. Close the aluminum foil pouch and cook for about 20 minutes. 
  5. Serve with rice and vegetables of choice.
