Directions:
- Combine the yeast, water and sugar.
- Allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes, until the yeast is dissolved and begins to bubble.
- Add the flour, VOM FASS Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil and VOM FASS Salt, mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, this will take around ten minutes.
- Then roll the dough into a ball and place in a well oiled bowl and cover lightly with plastic wrap or a damp towel.
- Place the bowl in a hot area and allow the dough to rest for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- Split the dough into two halves and spread them out to about ½ inch thick.
- Place on oiled cookie sheet to a well, cake pan, or pizza stone.
- Dimple the loaves with your fingertips evenly coat with the herbs, cheese, VOM FASS Salt and VOM FASS Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Bake the loaves separately on the middle rack of your oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and let cool.
