Ham Carpaccio Roll

  1. On a large workspace, make stacks of one ham and one slice salami. 
  2. Prepare a dressing of VOM FASS Honey Balsamic Vinegar, VOM FASS FassZination Hazelnut Oil, and a small pinch of VOM FASS Salt and Pepper. 
  3. Add a teaspoon of the dressing on top of each ham and salami stacks. 
  4. Combine endive, radicchio, watercress and then add top each stack with a small amount of the mixture. 
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and roll. 
  6. Secure with a toothpick or slice each roll into several pieces.
