Directions:

On a grill pan, grill goat cheese slices until slightly soft.

In a small pan, roast pine nuts to release oils, until fragrant.

Add mixed greens to a bowl along with cherry tomatoes and pine nuts.

Whisk together VOM FASS Agora Extra Virgin Olive Oil and VOM FASS Bordeaux Red Wine Vinegar.

Toss dressing with salad mixture.

Serve with herbed ciabatta and pesto.
