Ginger Coleslaw with Lo Mein Noodles

Directions:

  1. Shake Ginger Sesame Oil and Ginger Grape with Lemon Balsamic in a container with a tight lid until emulsified.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine noodles, cabbage, and chopped green onions. Toss with approximately ½ of the oil and vinegar mixture and refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
  3. Taste and add more dressing accordingly. Spoon into serving dishes and add the salt and peppers to taste.
