Chili Aioli

  1. In a food processor, add garlic, egg yolk, Dijon Mustard, and one teaspoon of the Mango Balsam.
  2. Slowly add Chili Oil into the food processor.
  3. Once the mixture turns into a paste, add remaining Mango Balsam, Honey Balsamic Vinegar, and lemon juice.
  4. Add Chili Sea Salt to taste.
