Directions:
- Mash the avocado together with the Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl.
- One blended, stir in 15 ml of Calamnsi Balsam. Continue to add the Calamansi Balsam to taste until you can taste citrus but it’s not separating the crème or over powering in flavor.
- Top each crostini with the crème and finish with the fresh chopped cilantro.
Tip: Potato pancakes work great as a substitute to the crostini if you have means to heat the pancake up.
