Sour Cherry Balsamic Vinegar


This vinegar is a celebration of Summer Cherries. We make this dark red-shimmering balsamic from pressed fresh cherries, then naturally ferment them into cherry wine, which is then made into this glorious vinegar.

Our Balsamic pairs well with so many different foods: sweet, sour, or savory! It can be made into a vinaigrette, used as a shrub in cocktails and mocktails or added to sauces.
