Leaf Salad with Toasted Goat Cheese

  1. Whisk together mustard, VOM FASS Fig Balsamic Star, and VOM FASS Salt and Pepper to taste. 
  2. Add VOM FASS FassZination Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil, continuously stirring. 
  3. Place goat cheese on parchment paper on a baking sheet. 
  4. Spread with honey and sprinkle with thyme. 
  5. Caramelize under the broiler for a few minutes, until lightly golden. 
  6. Arrange salad mixture on to four plates and top with chopped herbs and goat cheese slices. 
  7. Drizzle with VOM FASS Fig Balsamic star.
