Herb Infused Olive Oil

  1. Heat the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan to 250F .  
  2. Add all herbs and the lemon zest to the olive oil and remove from the heat. 
  3. Pour mixture into a bottle and infuse for 3 days, then strain out the herbs and store in a sealed container.
