In a small pan, combine sugar and one tablespoon of the water. Heat on high until the sugar melts and turns brown in color (caution this is very hot).

Remove from heat and add water and remaining VOM FASS Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar. Caution: This june create steam and possibly some splattering. Return to medium heat and add cranberries.

Stir to dissolve the sugar often from the bottom of the pan.

Bring to a simmer and let cook for 30-45 minutes.
