We use our own recipe to create this special vinegar, starting with ripe, fair trade Calamansi from the Philippines, enhanced with brandy vinegar and cane sugar from Paraguay. Our Calamansi Balsamic Vinegar offers a bright, citrus taste, with refreshing notes of tangerine, mint and lime. This vinegar is unfiltered, which gives it its cloudy coloring, so remember to shake well before each use to harmonize the flavors.
Try it as a citrus vinaigrette when combined with any of our citrus-infused extra virgin olive oils, or as a kid-friendly aperitif when mixed with sparkling water. The tart flavor and acidity work beautifully with fish and other seafood dishes. We suggest pairing this vinegar with our Agora Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Cumin Oil, or any of our citrus-infused olive oils.
