7 Grain Tabbouleh Salad
1# Cooked and chilled 7 Grain Blend
2bch Flatleaf Parsley chopped
1c. Tomatoes seeded and diced
1c. Cucumber seeded and diced
1/4c. Red Onion diced
1/2c Chopped mint
1/2c 'Agora' Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4c Extra Virgin Olive Oil 'Lemon'
1/4c FassZination Walnut Oil
1/2c Lemon Juice
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
Combine the first set of ingredients and chill. Whisk together the second set of ingredients and toss with salad just prior to serving.
