La Fortuna Mobile Wood Fired Pizza makes some of the best pizza we have ever had, and their menu this year is astounding! They are joining us on Father's Day to kick off our Week of Summer Indulgence the right way. Join us rain or shine outside of VOM FASS as we welcome La Fortuna and the amazing pizzas they create. This years menu:
~Luce de sole. Mixed herb pesto with VOM FASS lemon oil & fresh cow's milk mozzarella.
~Libertine. Roasted red pepper puree, onions roasted with Libertine 55 Absinthe, Italian sausage, Provonello & Parmesan cheeses.
~Chiaro de Luna. Sauteed shallots, diced bacon, provonello & parmesan cheeses, boiled cider & American Rye Whiskey reduction.
~Terroso. Rosemary oil, mushrooms sauteed with garlic & rosemary, provonello & parmesan cheeses.
~Audace. Chili oil, garlic-infused organic tomato sauce, pepperoni crisped in chili oil, provonello & parmesan cheeses.
~Finnochio. Shaved fennel lightly pickled in Waldburg Balsam Calamansi Vinegar, fennel fronds, provonello & parmesan cheeses.


These personal pizzas are made to order and cooked in minutes in their high-fire brick oven. Each pizza will be $9. Be sure to stop by and give one (or two or three) a try!

Chef Kevin Appleton will walk you through the steps in the creation of the iconic New Orleans sandwich. Learn:

~How to create a delicious & quick pickled vegetable medley,
~How to make an amazing olive tapenade,

As part of our annual week of Summer Indulgence, VOM FASS is delighted to present our 2^nd annual Mad City Mix-Off! Madison’s best bartenders have been given the green light to peruse our collection of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and vinegars and put their best drink forward. Join us and like-minded foodies and imbibers as we taste their creations and cast our votes to decide on “Madison’s Favorite Cocktail”. Then, cheer on your favorites & witness the spectacle as they mix head-to-head in our mystery ingredient tournament. That particular competition is judged by a panel of local celebrities and one lucky ticketholder will be a special guest judge! It’s an evening of :
